Description

"I turned and for the first time, I looked at you."

I wanted to write 'I saw you,' but because of the double-meaning of saw and a few horror comics, I decided against it.

This is part of The Next Big Project of mine > > I took the lineart and flats, added a bg and made this pink blob. Chances are the real thing will look much better.

The real project's name is 'The Staircase Of Deception', because while it seems like the light is good and it's nearing the end, as soon as you rise above the clouds, you see more stairs.
They're seemingly endless, and while the scenery turns more and more cheerful, it never seems to end.
And, while it has never happened because it would take approx. 10 years of constant climbing to reach the top, the top is a flat white field with white surroundings splotches of black around.
The 'true' top of the staircase can only be reached by meeting the owner, Annabel, and making her a cheerful person with a purpose. The top is a bell chamber with a large bell, and more bells flying around (not always big, but not always small.)
The staircase is Annabel's mind in a physical form, although our MC doesn't know that and thinks the place is Annabel's prison.

Okay.
That was a lot of rambling.

This image.
Okay, um, a girl who likes pink realizes that a guy has helped her through everything and she never noticed him because she was following a shallow crush.

SAI for lines, PS for pinks, flats and whatnot.

Ooooh, this is really, really pretty! You have definitely improved a lot; the only thing that's really off is the feet. They're a little too small (but you probably noticed that already).

But the rest is perfect! 8D *claps*
Bookwormtiff.

PS. Is SAI good and easy to use? Because I've just acquired it, having lost my Photoshop... D':
